Play Money
This seems as good a time as any to announce that a not-so-new but hitherto low-profile blog of mine, entitled Play Money, has in the last three weeks finally come out of beta. Play Money is a chronicle of my attempt to make a living trading imaginary commodities on eBay: virtual houses, weapons, suits of armor, and other make-believe items from the massively multiplayer game Ultima Online. Though I'm still a fair way short of going pro, I'm more or less serious about this, and as a token of my seriousness I challenged myself three weeks ago to amass $1000 by tonight. How did I do?
